ジェクトに関わる。2008年未踏ユース天才プログラマ。2010年、Sun時代のオープンソースプロジェクトHudsonを業務にするInfraDNAを起業、同年CloudBeesに買収され今に至る。

オープンソースコミュニティには様々な形態があり、それに伴ってその運営にも様々なテクニックがあります。ですが、こうし
たノウハウはあまり共有されず、逆にコミュニティの形態としては特殊なLinux kernelやApacheなどのモデルのみが知られる傾向にあります。本発表では、もう少し小規模で大企業のバックアッ
プがないHudsonプロジェクトでの経験をもとに、スケールするオープンソースプロジェクトの運営・形態を議論します。
